This machine is specifically designed for the reduction of medium to hard friable materials.

The rotor is dynamically balanced and consists of three replaceable hard faced swing beaters mounted on swinger plates. Mill housing is fully lined with replaceable liner plates.

The feed rate, rotor speed and aperture size of bar grids defines the final required product size.

For a much finer product, the mill can be used to accommodate heavy-duty perforated plate screens or fine stainless steel wedge wire screens. For highly corrosive applications or stainless steel Fir food and pharmaceutical industries, this unit can also be fabricated if desired.
